Solvent Extraction Plant
Laced with reliable and high technology industrial fitments, Solvent Extraction Plant is geared up to process 500 Metric Ton of soyabean daily basis. Food Grade n-Hexane is used to extract oil from conditioned soymeal in air tight compartments under vacuumized conditions. Extracted oil is guided to distillation process through miscella tanks and series of oil heaters and evaporators. Vapourised solvent is recovered through condensers and reused in system to minimise loss of resources.
State of the art DTDC processes wet soybean meal exiting from extraction belt. Multi chambered system facilitates systematic Desolventisation – Toasting – Drying – Cooling in a systematic manner. Low pressure steam is judiciously utilised through open and jacketed system to control urease activity without tampering with ammino acid profile of the soy product. Recuperation and absorber fitments of the plant purifies the air before venting out in environment, thus meeting sustainability norms.
