Storage and Packaging

Storage facility for raw material and finished goods are essential requisite for sustaining our strong supply chain. At Simran Agritech, we have deliberated on adequacy of storage capability which has significantly increases the overall efficiency of the production and strengthened our supply management.

We have a 5000 MT high quality galvanized steel Silo with tensile strength is upto 70,000 PSI for storing soyabean received from suppliers. This storage unit has a seed cleaning station which facilitates cleaning of raw material prior storage. The plant also has a dedicated and state of the art warehouse of 5,500 Sq ft for storing De-oiled Cake (DOC). In addition, 20 industrial Silos facilitates packaging of finished products. Fixed roof vertical oil tanks has a storage capacity of 1000 MT.

Material handling, transfer and packaging is done by overhead cranes and automated system so as to ensure minimal contamination of finished products. Our storage capabilities is a force multiplier as it ensures :
